Angel Reese seemingly throws shade at Chicago Sky at Atlanta Dream training camp

Angel Reese, although a regular at the Orlando Magic’s games, has not been in the stands for the playoffs as she prepares for the 2026 WNBA season with her new team, the Atlanta Dream.

Reese spoke to the media during the Dream’s training camp on Monday, with fans alleging that she was shading her old team with her comments.

“You don’t have to worry about anything other than basketball,” Reese said.

Reese played 64 games for the Sky over the first two WNBA seasons, averaging 14.1 points, 12.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.4 steals per game. She will face her former team in the Dream’s first preseason game of 2026, tipping off on April 29.
