Ben Shelton and Trinity Rodman are currently busy in their own endeavours; however, the couple is not missing out on finding quality time for each other. The soccer player recently offered a glimpse of them embracing the long distance through an adorable candid photo.
Shelton is currently in Germany, competing at the Stuttgart Open, and his most recent appearance was in the quarterfinals. He locked horns against Sho Shimabukuro, and after their first set, the match halted with the American trailing behind because of wet grass and darkness.
While the tennis player is in Germany, his girlfriend, Rodman, is currently in Brazil for the US camp. Her most recent match was on June 9 against Brazil, where her team claimed a 1-0 victory. The couple are currently focusing on their respective sports; however, amid this long distance, they are also making way for each other.
The soccer player recently shared a bunch of pictures from her time in Brazil on Instagram, and among these pictures, she posted an adorable picture of her and Shelton’s FaceTime on the beach. The post’s caption read:

Along with the cute picture with her boyfriend, she also shared glimpses of the fun moments with her team. From having fun at the beach to enjoying with each other in their rooms, she shared it all on social media.

On January 22, 2026, Trinity Rodman signed her record-breaking deal with the Washington Spirit. This deal made headlines as she became the world’s highest-paid female soccer player. She signed a three-year contract extension with the Spirits, which was reportedly worth over $2 million annually.
Shortly after she locked this deal, Ben Shelton celebrated her achievement by sharing a sweet message for her on his Instagram story. Posting a video of her announcing the deal on his story, he wrote:
“Love you and so proud of you,” wrote Ben Shelton.
Rodman herself was ecstatic with the achievement, and after signing the deal said:
“It feels amazing, I’m very happy, I’m very blessed. I think it’s a monumental and game-changing moment right now. I can’t even describe in words what it feels like. Obviously, everyone’s going to have their different thoughts and opinions about it, but I’ve never really cared. So, that doesn’t change anything for me,” said Rodman.
Both Rodman and Ben Shelton are each other’s biggest support and are frequently seen cheering for each other on social media and in the stadiums.
