Ohio State Buckeyes linebacker Sonny Styles is having a great time at the 2026 NFL Combine and his girlfriend, Kaia Henderson, couldn’t be more proud.
Styles, who is projected to be drafted in the first round, delivered a scintillating performance in Indianapolis. Here are his official measurements and performance results:
- Height / Weight: 6 ft 5 in, 244 lb
- 40-Yard Dash: 4.46 sec (tied fastest among linebackers)
- 10-Yard Split: approx. 1.56 sec
- Vertical Jump: 43.5 inches (highest by a linebacker 6-4+ since 2003)
- Broad Jump: 11 ft 2 in
Henderson reposted a graphic showing Styles’ NFL Combine results and added the following reaction:
“So proud.”

She also reposted a reel where Styles recorded a 4.46 second for his first run in the 40-yard dash. That is really fast for someone of his size. Such a performance in the Combine could push his case for a potential top-five selection.
Sonny Styles and Kaia Henderson Together Since May 2022 At Least
Sonny Styles and Kaia Henderson were both college athletes for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Henderson played college basketball there. They went public with their relationship in May 2022 when Kaia posted photos from prom with Sonny on Instagram.
Whether it’d be a holiday or a moment on the field, Kaia has remained by the linebacker’s side all the time. She reaffirmed this commitment in January last year when they won the national championship, posing for photos in the hallway of Ohio State University.
“Words can’t express how proud I am of my National Champion. I am so thankful for the amazing friendships and memories made, and for being apart of this unforgettable journey with you. Standing by your side every step of the way!! @sonnystyles_ ❤️🏆” she wrote.
Styles was first safety when he arrived at Ohio State as a freshman in 2022. That season, he recorded nine tackles and one tackle for loss. In 2023, he was named the starting safety of the program, amassing four tackles, 1.5 of which were for loss.
Last season, he converted to linebacker. He recorded 6.5 tackles for loss, 1 sack, 1 interception, and at least one forced fumble in 14 games. He earned a spot in First-Team All-American.
