    Fans and enthusiasts can book the tickets to witness the Nebraska volleyball team at the AT&T stadium for the Spikes Under the Lights event at Huskers.com. The public tickets will go on sale on May 8, and the fans can purchase up to 6 tickets per account.

    Which teams will be competing at the Spikes Under the Lights event? 

    Teams that will make an appearance at the inaugural edition of the Spikes Under the Lights event are the Nebraska volleyball team, Florida Gators, Penn State Nittany Lions, and SMU Mustangs. They will lock horns with each other to claim the title of this exhibition event for the first time.

    Prize money for the Spikes Under the Lights exhibition tournament 

    The Spikes Under the Lights event features a $1 million total prize pool. All the four participating volleyball teams will be receiving a $200,000 appearance fee, and in addition to this, $200,000 in prize money will be on the line, and the largest part of it will be awarded to the winner. The funds will be paid directly to athletes via NIL, and every school will decide how they plan to distribute the money among the players.

    Shortly after the announcement of this exhibition tournament, the Nebraska volleyball team’s coach, Dani Busboom Kelly, spoke to ESPN, where she weighed in on this event, opening up about her excitement to compete in the historic event. Talking about this being a great opportunity, she said:

    “We are excited and honored to be part of this historic event that showcases the continued growth of women’s volleyball. This will be a great opportunity to face some talented teams in an iconic setting as we ramp up to the start of the season. It should be an awesome night and hopefully a lot of Husker fans will be able to experience it with us in Dallas,” said Kelly.
