A lawsuit in Broward County, Florida, has named former Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill for allegedly fracturing the leg of social media influencer and model Sophie Hall.
In what is touted to be a “friendly football lesson gone wrong,” Hall’s lawsuit comes on the backdrop of the wideout allegedly pushing the influencer on purpose upon being furious during an offensive line drill at his Florida house back in June 2023.
“Unfortunately after being ‘humiliated’ in front of friends and family when he was knocked backwards during a friendly football lesson by his friend Sophie Hall, Tyreek became enraged, and forcefully and purposefully shoved Ms. Hall, severely fracturing her leg”, the lawsuit read.
The lawsuit further claims that the severity of the incident was such that Hall had to undergo orthopedic reconstruction and hardware implantation while also undergoing surgery. The Tampa Bay-based influencer with 2.3 million followers on Instagram has also alleged Tyreek for downplaying the injury and not getting her timely medical help.
Hill currently finds himself in the middle of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence charges, with Hall seeking $50,000 in damages. Both the defendant and the claimant were recently seen in a Broward County civil court in the midst of juror selection proceedings.
Tyreek Hill’s Estranged Wife Seeks Police Records Amid Abuse Claims
Legal troubles keep on mounting for the former Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill as his estranged wife Keeta is reportedly seeking the wideout’s police records, trying to expose Hill’s pattern of intentional violence.
This comes on the backdrop of Keeta’s previous claims of physical abuse endured by her at the hands of her former husband, which include allegedly being punched by Hill when Keeta was pregnant with their first child.
The eight-time pro bowler has also been accused of many such instances of violent behavior, which include endangering her life through threats, violently pulling her ex-wife’s hair, spitting on her, and brutally twisting her breasts while also allegedly locking her in their house.
On the field, the wide receiver currently remains without a team, as he was released by the Dolphins in 2025 after spending four years with the side. Hill has also represented the Kansas City Chiefs from 2016 to 2022, where he won a Super Bowl after defeating the 49ers back in 2019.
