Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce started what many believe are his pre-wedding celebrations with a boys’ night out in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Kelce was seen arriving at the Bird Streets Club for a late-night gathering with his brother, Jason Kelce, longtime friend Ross Travis and comedian Druski. One person who was not there was Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, one of Kelce’s closest friends.
According to TMZ, the group spent several hours inside before leaving around 12:30 a.m.
The outing came just days after Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance during the “New Heights” live show in Los Angeles.
During the event, Kelce played a funny throwback video from a date night with Swift in London in May. In the clip, Swift fed him a bite of food while making airplane noises.
“It is landing… It landed safely!” Swift joked.
Kelce laughed and looked away from the camera.
Speaking to the crowd, he joked, “That is kinda f*ked up, actually … like I am a child getting fed food.”
The couple also recently enjoyed a Broadway date night in New York City. On June 13, they attended a performance of the comedy hit Oh, Mary! at the Lyceum Theatre. After the show, they headed to the West Village for dinner at The Eighty Six.
Reports have claimed that Swift and Kelce are set to get married on July 3 in New York City. The couple announced their engagement on Aug. 26 and shared photos on Instagram showing Kelce proposing.
Swift captioned the post: “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨”
According to an interview with News 5 Cleveland, Kelce’s father, Ed Kelce, later revealed that the proposal had actually taken place a few weeks before the public announcement.
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift went for a courtside date night in New York
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce went for their first courtside NBA date night on May 23. They attended Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the New York Knicks.
Because Kelce grew up just outside of Cleveland in Cleveland Heights, he took the opportunity to bring Swift to Rocket Mortgage Field.
The “Love Story” singer also attended Game 4 of the NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden on June 10. She showed up wearing a custom “Stevie Knicks” shirt alongside friends Este and Alana Haim.
However, Kelce could not join her. He had to stay behind in Missouri to attend the Kansas City Chiefs’ mandatory offseason minicamp.
