After announcing their dreamy engagement just months ago, pop star Taylor Swift and TE Travis Kelce’s wedding has been the talk of the town for quite some time.
While still not official, it looks like one of pop culture’s most beloved pairs is soon going to get married in the iconic Big Apple.
According to TMZ, Taylor and Travis are set to tie the knot on July 3rd, with the festivities set to take place in the middle of Manhattan. This report has naturally prompted a lot of reactions from fans online, with most of them not too supportive of the idea of an A-list wedding in the heart of NYC.
“bru the wedding of the decade or the traffic jam of the century?”, commented a fan.
“Manhattan?? Sis said “I want 10 million witnesses and a traffic jam” 💀🗽😂”, stated a fan.
“Mad traffic smh Go get married in Utah”, wrote a fan.
“So that’s why the NYPD commissioner was checking the budget for overtime. 😭”, said a fan.
“Of course it will . Rats and bums will be the help”, said another fan.
“As if we already don’t have enough problems with congestion in Manhattan “, commented another fan.
However, a few fans were also supportive of the supposed Manhattan wedding, writing celebratory comments on X:
“It’s probably going to be the wedding of the decade 😭💕🎉”, stated another fan.
“sounds like a dream wedding, hope they have fun! 💕”, wrote another fan.
While the exact location of the wedding remains unknown, notable venues such as Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the NYC Public Library could host this grand spectacle.
Cavaliers Auction to Feature Seats Used by Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce
After the New York Knicks wiped out the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals last month, it looks like some of the most coveted memorabilia from the games is about to enter the auction.
Memorabilia up for auction includes the courtside seats used by Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce during their visit to Cleveland, as well as seats occupied by other high-profile celebrities, such as Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner. The auction will be conducted by the Cavaliers’ official merchandising and authentication partner, with several other celebrity-used items also set to go under the hammer.
