NFL Free Agency Day 1 Tracker: Full List Of Blockbuster Deals Ft. Kenneth Walker, Jaelan Phillips And More

The NFL Free Agency has now officially begun, and deals are being made left and right, including a blockbuster one involving Kenneth Walker bolstering the Kansas City Chiefs. The Panthers also bolstered their defense with EDGE Jaelan Phillips, while the Falcons got Olamide Zaccheaus as a URA.

Here are the notable signings that have happened so far for each team in the league, though it should be noted that these are just the free agent signings and not the trades, so no Maxx Crosby to the Ravens here. Also not included are players who have basically just signed extensions or have re-signed with their current teams, and there are a lot of them.

    New England Patriots

    • DE Dre’Mont Jones (3-year, $39.5 million)

So far, a majority of the signings that have happened have been extensions to free agents to their current teams. However, more blockbuster deals are to be expected in the coming days, especially as teams release more players. Among them is Jaelan Phillips going to the Carolina Panthers after his stint with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Chargers have made two massive additions in C Tyler Biadasz and FB Alec Ingold, while the Kansas City Chiefs have lost Jaylen Watson to the Los Angeles Rams while also getting to sign possibly the hottest player in free agency right now in Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker. The deal for that has not been made public yet, but it is expected to be a lot more than what he was making with the Seattle Seahawks.

So far, these are the only ones, as this is still the first day. Expect more to be revealed in the days to come.
