Mack Hollins has been in the spotlight for the New England Patriots heading into their AFC championship game against the Denver Broncos. The Patriots wideout has been dealing with an abdominal injury and was placed on the injured reserve list on Dec. 27. However, New England appears to have gotten a boost around Hollins’ injury update heading into the final stretch of the postseason.
Mack Hollins Injury Update Ahead of AFC Championship Game vs. Broncos
As things stand, Mack Hollins is listed as questionable for the AFC championship game against the Broncos on Sunday. The Patriots might have the opportunity to field the player on game day.
Hollins was a limited participant in New England’s practice Thursday, but took part in full practice Friday.
Hollins last played against the Baltimore Ravens on Dec. 21. He was placed on the IR with an abdominal injury a few days later.
Hollins signed with the Patriots in the 2025 offseason. He has posted 550 yards and two touchdowns on 46 receptions this season across 15 games.
The Patriots will be glad to have Hollins, who won a Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018, in contention to play against Denver.
Patriots quarterback Drake Maye is among the finalists to win the MVP award, and Hollins could serve as another offensive weapon for him heading into the AFC title game.
