Jets Rookie Kenyon Sadiq’s GF Addison Osta Goes Ballistic After Oregon Star’s NFL Draft Selection

During the first round of the NFL Draft, the New York Jets selected former Oregon Ducks star Kenyon Sadiq as their No. 16 pick. This meant that he was the first TE to be picked in the 2026 draft and also improving the Jets’ offensive options under new head coach Robert Saleh.

After he was picked, Kenyon Sadiq looked calm as it all set in. However, his girlfriend, Addison Osta, was right there with him and she was more than excited for the newest New York Jets rookie as he looks forward to the rest of his career. She soon took to Instagram to celebrate him being drafted to New York.

“My baby is a Jet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” she wrote in her caption.

Sadiq was considered one of the best tight ends in the draft class of 2026 and many see him as a good target for QB1 Geno Smith next year. He is also considered to be a very athletic player with great agility and catching ability. However, many question if he could be a good fit for Frank Reich’s offensive plans over in New York, with him probably vying for playing time against other young tight ends in the Jets roster.

The Yahoo Sports panel pointed out that the Jets could just have drafted him because he was the best available player at that point in the draft and that he could be battling it out with fellow youngster Mason Taylor for some playing time and snaps. It is also unclear if he would be used as trade bait, as many teams have been using for these high picks.
