Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff’s wife, Christen Goff, is on the cover of Sports Illustrated. She was recently featured on a digital cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s digital issue for February.
Christen is one of six NFL WAGs who were featured on the digital edition covers. Sports Illustrated recently hosted a party to celebrate the occasion, and it was attended by the six models and their significant others.
Alongside Christen, Ronika Love, wife of Jordan Love, Brittany Mahomes, wife of Patrick Mahomes, Claire Kittle, wife of George Kittle, Haley Cavinder, girlfriend of Jake Ferguson, and Normani, fiancée of DK Metcalf, are also on the SI Swimsuit cover.
Christen has been an SI Swimsuit model. She won the Swim Search open casting call in 2021 and was featured in the magazine. This particular cover is more special because this is the first time she is featured on SI after becoming a mother.
She posted a media dump on Instagram where she could be seen posing for pictures next to Claire Kittle, Brittany Mahomes, and Haley Cavinder. Their respective partners also attended the event and posed for pictures.
Christen and Jared welcomed their daughter, Romy Isabelle Goff, last year. She describes motherhood as an experience that has helped put a lot of things in perspective for her.
“I feel like Romy’s been the best distraction in the best ways, so she’s just along for the ride, and I’m realizing that football is amazing, but it isn’t everything, and it’s given me great perspective,” Goff said.
The pictures featured in the digital issue were shot on Captiva Island in Fort Myers, Florida, in January.

While speaking with SI Swimsuit, Christen said that the last year was very transformative for her. Welcoming a child gave her a lot of confidence. Christen revealed that she was unsure of herself while on location of shoot.
Now, she feels like she has the confidence to do things she hesitated doing before.
“It’s such a big transition becoming a mom, whether you’re talking about mentally or physically, I think you go through so much, and I’m so much more proud of myself than ever,” she said. “And I think I’ve also given myself so much more grace and room to just kind of be in this new state of being a mom and what that means to me.”
Christen is now ready for more career opportunities and is open to more things now than she was before.
