George Kittle’s San Francisco 49ers are set to host the Seattle Seahawks for their last game of the regular season on Saturday. While both teams have secured playoff spots, there’s still a lot that can be achieved with a win in Week 18.
Hours before kickoff, Kittle’s wife, Claire, posted a media dump of “lost files” on her Instagram. Claire is one of the regulars at 49ers games, supporting her husband and the San Francisco franchise.
In the photo dump, she included pictures of herself kissing Kittle on the sidelines, posing with her friends before kickoff, and sitting in front of a customized locker with their names written on it.
“Lost files that I love,” she captioned the post.
Claire has over 420,000 followers on Instagram. While she constantly collaborates with major companies and promotes her own brand on the platform, she also regularly shares moments from her private life with Kittle.
Will George Kittle Play Against the Seahawks?
In Week 16, Kittle injured his ankle while playing against the Indianapolis Colts. After the injury in the third quarter, he did not return to the field and was ruled out for the Week 17 matchup against the Chicago Bears.
According to reports, he did not practice with the team in the lead-up to the home game against the Bears. However, Kittle was a limited participant this week as he nursed his way back to full fitness. As per his comments on Wednesday, he seems ready to go against the Seahawks.
He’s likely to take the field, especially considering what’s at stake. The winner of this game will clinch the NFC West title, and the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoff bracket.
