Fred Warner is enjoying a leisurely dad life this offseason, as he continues to recover from a severe ankle fracture and dislocation suffered in Week 6 of the 2025 season. As he prepares for the 2026 season with the San Francisco 49ers, Warner seems to be enjoying just being a dad for a few months.
In a recent video on his wife’s Instagram story, he can be seen pushing a stroller with his daughter Bella in it. Bella was born in early January, and she is Warner and his wife’s second child. Their first son, Beau, was born in March 2024.
Here’s the story Sydney Warner posted on her Instagram:

Fred and Sydney have been dating since 2020 and got married in 2022. Sydney Warner first came to the public consciousness when she participated in Season 24 of ABC’s “The Bachelor,” the same year in which she started dating the NFL player.
Sydney and Fred Warner Met Because of ‘The Bachelor’
Fred Warner is not an avid fan of “The Bachelor” on ABC, but it seems like his family is, and that changed his life forever. Speaking with People Magazine in January, Sydney Warner explained to the publication how she and Fred Warner met:
“He was single and had just lost the Super Bowl, so he was feeling down,” Sydney explained, referencing the 49ers’ loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 2020. “He was hanging out at his house and not leaving his room much. He would watch shows, and while he didn’t watch much of The Bachelor, his family did.”
“His brother’s wife FaceTimed him and told him there was a girl on The Bachelor that was his type and his vibe. He thought she was being ridiculous, but he reached out. He waited until I was sent home, and around two weeks later, he found me on Instagram and shot his shot!”
The couple got engaged in May of 2021, and Fred Warner included a thoughtful note to her participation in the hit show. He took her to Napa, recognizing her love for wine and wide country (Napa is one of her favorite spots), and when he asked her to marry him, he had a final rose with him. The final rose is the memento that “The Bachelor” presents to the winner of the show at the end of the season.
She might have been on “The Bachelor” for just six weeks, but she won at life.
