Shilo Sanders has been in the news lately for his controversial comments on journalist Mary Kay Cabot’s opinion that Shedeur Sanders doesn’t yet deserve to be Cleveland Browns’ QB1, but another ghost from the past has reappeared in Shilo’s life that has the world talking again.
It comes from an old lawsuit where a teenage Shilo Sanders was accused by a school security guard of assaulting and severely injuring him when he tried to confiscate his phone.
Most recently, his attorney has filed a series of requests to limit the scope of evidence allowed in the bankruptcy trial that has ensued since, with 2023 being the year where bankruptcy was filed with over $11M in debt after the former security guard won a default judgment a few years ago.
But with this new information, a new can of worms has been unleashed, with fans blaming Shilo Sanders for the $11M debt and bankruptcy situation, pointing to a troubling past for the son of one of football’s all-time greats.
