As the offseason continues, the NFL continues to reveal which teams will play overseas for its international series. Today the NFL announced that the Jacksonville Jaguars will play two games in London this fall with both of them being counted as home games for the Jaguars.
The NFL also announced that the Washington Commanders will also have a game overseas in London this season.
While fans overseas are thrilled about the NFL continuously expanding its global coverage and hosting games in other countries, not every American NFL is a fan of it. Especially when a team has multiple games overseas counting as home games like the Jaguars.
NFL fans responded to the news of the Jaguars having two overseas ‘home’ games, and showed their opinions of how unfair that is.
“Go ahead waste more jet fuel and have home fans miss out on their teams playing overseas. Do better NFL,” one NFL fan said.
“I feel sad for the fans in Jacksonville who actually want to go to a home game…now two less opportunities. All about the money and not the fans/players,” a fan responded to the news.
“If I’m a Jaguars fan I’d be so pissed, feels like they play overseas every year, and now it’s moved to twice a season, that sucks,” one fan said.
“Why they keep sending them to london? They dont even like the jags over there,” a fan questioned.
There will be a total of nine games played outside of the United States for the 2026 season.
