Philadelphia Eagles star wide receiver DeVonta Smith has tied the knot with his longtime love and childhood sweetheart, Mya Danielle. Atlanta Dream forward Angel Reese and several others shared their well-wishes for the newly married couple.
Smith and Danielle exchanged vows on June 13 at the luxurious Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. Around 135 guests attended the wedding ceremony, including NFL stars and former teammates.
The couple shared a photo from the wedding on Monday. The duo was captured on a pedestal, looking sideways, while showcasing their outfits. Danielle wore a white bridal gown, and the groom went with a black tuxedo on dark suit.
“Mr & Mrs 🤍,” Danielle wrote.
Several of their friends and well-wishers made their way to the comments section. This includes Reese, who commented:
“So perfect 😍congrats to both of you!!”

Smith and Danielle first met as children and grew up together. Neither imagined that they would witness this day.
“Neither of us could have imagined that years later we would be standing at the altar together,” Danielle said (via People). “There’s something really special about being able to say that we’ve known each other since we were kids. We’ve had the opportunity to grow individually and together, and now we’re excited to begin this next chapter as husband and wife.”
Smith and Danielle went public with their relationship in 2023 and got engaged on New Year’s Eve in 2024 in Philadelphia.
