Dennis Rodman recently reacted to his daughter, Trinity Rodman, getting a big bag in NWSL. The soccer athlete signed a three-year deal with the Washington Spirit, which will pay her more than $2 million per year, as per her agent. Dennis was a crucial part of the Michael Jordan-era Chicago Bulls, as he won three consecutive championships with them in 1996, 1997, and 1998.
Trinity is also living the life of an athlete like her father, creating an impact in the soccer world. She won the championship with the Spirit in her first season in the league and was awarded Rookie of the Year. She also won gold with Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics and scored three goals.
Trinity’s mother, Michelle Moyer, was Dennis Rodman’s third wife, and the two got separated in 2012. Dennis shared the news of Trinity Rodman becoming the highest-paid women’s soccer athlete on his Instagram story and added Drake and Nicki Minaj’s song ‘Make Me Proud’. He wrote:
“History”

Spending his younger years with the “Bad Boys” Detroit Pistons, Dennis Rodman was a defensive menace and an explosive rebounder in his time in the league. He was a crucial part of Michael Jordan’s Magic Team.
Trinity and her brother D.J. have made it clear that they were not too close with their father as they were to their mother, who raised them primarily. Boyer was with her daughter when Trinity was drafted second overall by the Wings in 2021, and is often seen beside her at important events.
“I won’t trade it for the world,” Dennis Rodman’s daughter Trinity speaks after creating history
After Trinity Rodman signed the historic contract with the Washington Spirit, she talked to Christen A. Johnson of Cosmopolitan, expressing her feelings for the club. She said:
“The community and the feeling and the family is something you can’t replace and a big reason I stayed with the Spirit. Developing and maturing and learning and failing at Spirit and in D.C. has become so much of my legacy and my story, and there’s so much more I have to give and to do at Spirit. The fanbase, the stadium…I wouldn’t trade it for the world.”
The Spirit’s forward will look for another successful year with her team. The team owner, Michele Kang, labeled her as the “blueprint” for the next generation.
Allegedly, Trinity had other offers from European teams that were reportedly worth more than what she got, but the US Soccer Young Female Player of the Year decided to stay put in NWSL.
