Michael Porter Jr. Slams Ex Madison Pettis For Calling Him a “Psychopath,” Says He Was a Virgin When They Dated

Michael Porter Jr. let his feelings be known about his former girlfriend, Madison Pettis, after she called him a “psychopath” in her public appearance in March. Speaking on a podcast, the actress and model spoke about her college and relationship with her “NBA boyfriend,” Porter Jr. In response, the Brooklyn Nets forward shared a personal detail about their dating days.

Featuring on the One Night with Steiny podcast, Porter Jr. was candid about his life off the court and responded to his ex labeling him a “psychopath.” He mentioned that he dated the actress when he was like “16-17.” Giving out more details about the period, he said:

“We dated for what three months. Nothing happened, crazy… I don’t know why, 10 years later, she is getting on a podcast, talking about he’s a psychopath. She scaring all the girls away.”

Porter Jr. and Pettis dated during the 2016-17 period before the forward was drafted by the Denver Nuggets in 2018. He has had a breakout season after he was moved by the Nuggets to the Nets during this year’s midseason trade window. The team acquired Cameron Johnson in exchange, and the decision has come under scrutiny.

Meanwhile, the Nuggets have suffered a disappointing fate after being ousted by the Minnesota Timberwolves in Round 1 of the NBA playoffs. Porter Jr. also earlier opened up about his feelings on the outcome.

Michael Porter Jr. believes the Nuggets “shouldn’t have traded” him

During an appearance on the YouTuber N3on’s channel, Michael Porter Jr. talked about his feelings on the Nuggets’ Round 1 loss. When he was asked whether he believed he could have saved his former team from an early exit, he said:

    “Yes. Shouldn’t have traded me.”

Michael Porter Jr. was heavily considered for the All-Star selection this season but was snubbed at the end. After being traded, the forward has been on a mission to prove his worth in the NBA. He would garner attention from several teams in the offseason.
