American Rapper Cam’ron shared a public plea and compared Luka Doncic’s legal battle with Anthony Edwards’ baby mama, Ayesha Howard, who reportedly moved to Los Angeles and filed for child support in the city. On his show, Cam’ron pointed out that child support was 40% for two children and 50% for three children in California.
Luka Doncic and his fiancée, Anamaria Goltes, were also allegedly involved in a similar legal battle after the couple reportedly broke up earlier this year. Interestingly, Goltes, a Slovenian model, also filed the charges in LA.
The crew of ‘It Is What It Is’ discussed the situation, as Rapper Cam’ron requested the government to do something about it:
“The government needs to step in. This is like a fuc**ng play on a loophole. If Anthony Edwards says, ‘I’m cashing out on this baby, a million dollars,’ you’ll good? Okay cool.”
However, the judge in LA has reportedly refused to admit the case and asked Howard to move to file it in Georgia. Edwards and Howard have a one-year-old daughter. After a case was filed in Georgia, the couple decided to share custody of the kid with a child support amount.
However, the Minnesota Timberwolves guard was rumored to have paid the entire child support up front, amounting to $1 million, which was later denied by Howard.
Luka Doncic accuses his fiancée of wanting ‘generous’ child support
LA Lakers guard Luka Doncic shared her thoughts on Anamaria Goltes’ filing for child support in LA to demand a more generous offer. As per People, a spokesperson for Doncic said:
“Luka has always provided for anything his daughters could need or want and will continue to do so. He will always fight to be with his daughters and give them the best life possible… Luka is seeking dismissal of this case simply because Slovenia, not California, is the appropriate forum for adjudication of this dispute.”
The guard has maintained that the case was not valid because his fiancée and their two daughters, Gabriela and Olivia, are not residents of LA. Fans await the final decision in this regard and look forward to the outcome of the case.
