Among the star veterans that will mentor Dybantsa in the Wizards is four-time NBA All-Star Trae Young. As Dybantsa was selected by Washington, Young immediately went over X/Twitter to welcome Dybantsa. In his message, Young also hinted that they’ll discuss who will wear No. 3 since both have used them. Dybantsa has since responded to this with a four-word reply.
“Say no more brudda,” Dybantsa said.

AJ Dybantsa addressed the jersey situation with Trae Young right after he was drafted
“No, he didn’t. He didn’t mention the number, but I don’t have my phone. My dad has it, so I don’t know what’s been going on in social media… Okay. I mean, I was trolling on, whose podcast was it? Gil’s? You know, I’m gonna respect the vets. He is Trae. Trae is three. I was trolling about it, but I mean, if he wants to give me the number, I’ll take the number. But, you know, I was just trolling,” Dybantsa shared. (0:05)
