The Miami Hurricanes’ 2025 college football run has been nothing short of a spectacle. After finishing their regular season with an overall record of 10-2, a lot of fans and analysts alike did not think that Miami’s inclusion in the playoff stage of the competition was meritorious.

However, the Hurricanes have now proved a lot by beating the likes of defending national champion Ohio State, and naturally, they are proving a lot of their naysayers wrong.

Miami’s star wide receiver Malachi Toney, after qualifying for the national championship game against the Hoosiers, revealed his thoughts on playing the all-important final in front of his home crowd.

“It’s just a blessing that I could be able to put on and showcase my talent for them and the younger generation to show them that it’s possible”, Toney stated (1:03)

The 18-year-old freshman also revealed how big of a privilege it is to have a support system of people rooting for him ever since he was little.
