Lane Kiffin has been busy trying to get his LSU team ready for the new season as expectations reach its highest for the program after spending big money on the rebuild after sacking Brian Kelly last year.
As Kiffin prepares for the new campaign, an interesting incident has come to light which seems to have been misunderstood by fans of the Tigers. It comes from Kiffin’s Wide Receivers Coach George McDonald allegedly visiting Donald Trump amid his work for the LSU Tigers.
Only that it ended up being nothing but a troll job by Kiffin himself, who replied to a parody account, leaving fans flummoxed about the bizarre exchange.
Looking at the profile and bio of the page, it is clear that it isn’t actually McDonald’s real X profile, and Kiffin definitely knew it as he’s interacted with his assistant coach’s real page several times, but being the trolling sensation he is, simply decided to play a joke that seems to have some fans confused. This really was a trolling job at its highest level by the former Ole Miss Rebels head coach.
Fans Genuinely Fall for Lane Kiffin’s Trolling
It took some convincing from other fans to calm the comments down while it’s clear McDonald will be wondering what he did to earn so much unnecessary attention while he goes about his business as usual.
