    Scottie Scheffler Joins Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy in Elite On-Course Earners Club With the American Express Win

    Following his American Express 2026 win, Scottie Scheffler has joined the likes of Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy in the elite on-course earners club. The World No. 1 golfer is now only the third player to breach the $100 million earnings mark.

    On Sunday, January 25, Scheffler fired a 6-under 66 in the final round to win the American Express 2026. The World No. 1 golfer finished at 27-under to beat Matt McCarty, Jason Day, Andrew Putnam, and Ryan Gerard by a four-stroke margin.

    With the 20th win on the PGA Tour, Scheffler now has earnings of $101,109,136 in 151 starts. The ace golfer is only behind Tiger Woods ($120,999,166 in 378 starts) and Rory McIlroy ($107,981,766 in 273 starts) in the on-course earnings list.

    Additionally, Scottie Scheffler now has 20 wins, and as per statistician Justin Ray, he is the third quickest to reach the feat. Jack Nicklaus completed 20 wins in 127 starts, while Tiger Woods took just 95 events to reach the 20-win mark.
