Jena Sims gave fans a look into her fitness grind after sharing a new workout reel on Instagram. The video posted on January 24, was a compilation rather than footage from a single workout.
In one clip Sims is seen training in a black sports bra and black shorts. Other parts of the reel show her working out on different days wearing a grey long-sleeve crop top with grey shorts and a neon pink sports bra paired with neon green shorts.
Sims explained the reason behind her workouts in the caption. She wrote:
“Stronger for me, Healthier for my son, Hotter for my husband”
The reel was set to Sabrina Carpenter’s When Did You Get Hot?, and Sims also tagged her trainer, Olivia Figueroa.
Sims has kept a similar training routine over the past few years. In a 2024 interview with Sports Illustrated, Figueroa said her workouts include machine exercises, weighted standing movements and Pilates-style mat work. The focus remains on strength, consistency and overall fitness.
Outside the gym Sims balances her routine with family life. She is married to golfer Brooks Koepka and the couple share a son Crew who was born in July 2023. Along with her modeling and business work fitness continues to be a regular part of her day-to-day life.
Jena Sims keeps her meals simple and consistent
Jena Sims recently shared a look at her everyday meal routine in a carousel post uploaded on January 12, 2025. The focus was on simple, easy-to-follow meals that support an active lifestyle.
She starts her mornings with oatmeal adding chia seeds and honey. Sims pairs it with hard-boiled egg whites and black coffee keeping breakfast light but filling. Hydration is a key part of her day with electrolytes included regularly.
For lunch she leans toward protein-heavy options such as sea bass or steak served with vegetables and couscous. She also showed that she doesn’t completely cut out treats ending the meal with a small sweet.
Dinner follows the same balanced approach. Sims opts for grilled chicken with salad mixed vegetables and sweet potatoes, rounding out the day with a clean, filling meal.
Overall the post reflected a routine built around consistency and energy rather than strict dieting.
