Jena Sims shared a laid-back update with her followers after posting a new Instagram carousel on January 16. Instead of her usual polished content, this time she focused on smaller, everyday moments.
The post included 20 photos, several of which featured her son Crew and her husband, Brooks Koepka. It offered a mix of small, candid moments from her daily routine.
The first image showed Sims out for a jog with her friend and trainer Olivia Figueroa. She wore a pink sports bra and gray joggers, keeping the look simple and casual. She captioned the post,
“The little moments in between the big ones 🫶🙏.”
Over the past few weeks, Sims has been leaning into more low-key updates. She has shared bits of her daily habits, from what she eats to how she structures her day.
One of those posts showed how she starts her mornings with oatmeal topped with chia seeds and honey, along with egg whites and black coffee. She also mentioned that she tries to stay hydrated throughout the day by drinking electrolytes.
Her meals usually stay protein-focused, with options like sea bass, steak, vegetables, and couscous. She also made it clear that she doesn’t completely avoid treats and enjoys something sweet now and then. Dinner often includes grilled chicken, salad, mixed vegetables, and sweet potatoes.
Along with these lifestyle updates, Sims has also been sharing moments supporting her husband as he prepares for his return to the PGA Tour.
Jena Sims gives fans a peek into Brooks Koepka’s PGA Tour comeback
Jena Sims gave fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse of Brooks Koepka’s return to the PGA Tour shortly after the news became official. The SI Swimsuit model posted a short video on Instagram showing Koepka back at the tour’s headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
In the clip, Koepka was seen riding in a golf cart while Sims filmed from a distance. She added a caption to the video teasing what was coming next.
“They don’t know it yet, but we are about to find out his first start back on the PGA Tour,” Sims wrote.
Koepka’s return was confirmed on Monday, with the PGA Tour announcing that he would be reinstated through its new Returning Member Program. The policy is meant for players who have reached elite levels in the game and offers them a different path back to the Tour.
Koepka became eligible under the rule because of his 2023 PGA Championship win. After officially parting ways with LIV Golf in December, he accepted the terms of the program, which come with several conditions.
He will not be able to earn equity through the Player Equity Program for the next five years, a move that could cost him between $50 million and $85 million. He is also ineligible for FedEx Cup bonus payouts this season and must make a $5 million donation to charity.
Koepka is expected to make his first PGA Tour start since 2022 later this month at the Farmers Insurance Open.
