Certain groupings of players have signed an even more exclusive NIL contract with EA Sports, signified by their status as an #EAAthlete, or EA Athlete. This group is a smaller group that is set to serve as brand ambassadors for the game and likely helps with marketing the game itself to the masses through social media promotions and likely in-area events.

While the exact status of that NIL deal and contract with EA Sports is not known completely, the athletes announced their statuses with custom graphics in their school colors across their preferred social media accounts.
