Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders graduated from the University of Colorado on Saturday with a degree in Sociology. One fan on social media dedicated a post to Coach Prime’s son, highlighting all the adversities he’s faced throughout his transition from college to the NFL.
In the post, the fan also talked about Shedeur Sanders’ sister, Deiondra, who also made headlines because of her public relationship with Jacquees. After allegations of cheating and a lot of drama, they went through a turbulent breakup following the birth of their son Snow.
“After the draft season he had in 2025, his father having cancer and bladder removed, national and local media attacking and commenting on everything! His brother getting up from a team, watching his older sister annd her drama! Not getting reps to prepare him for his start!!
“HE WAS FINISHING SCHOOL!!! IDGAF WHAT PPL THINK THAT S**T AINT EASY! So proud of you @ShedeurSanders and God has got something for you to impact the world more than you already have!!! Congratulations nephew!!”
The quarterback’s older brother, Deion Sanders Jr., also known as Bucky, tagged Deiondra on the post with a tweet on X.
“Got Damn @DeiondraSanders,” Bucky wrote
Shedeur Sanders spent two seasons with Jackson State before transferring to play for the Colorado Buffaloes in 2023. In two years in Boulder, he recorded 7,364 yards and 64 TDs passing and was honored with the 2024 Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award.
The Cleveland Browns drafted Coach Prime’s son last year with the 144th pick. He initially served as the third-string QB before starting in the last seven games and recording 1,400 yards and seven TDs passing.
Shedeur Sanders recreates his dad Deion Sanders’ iconic photo at graduation
Ahead of Super Bowl XXIX, Deion Sanders shared an image that became an iconic part of his legacy. He laid down his 49ers jersey on the ground in the locker room before the game.
Shedeur Sanders re-created this photo after his graduation. He laid down his cap and gown on the floor in his dad’s office while sitting on the sofa.
Coach Prime’s son is currently competing in a four-way competition for the Browns QB1 job in 2026. Despite having him, Dillon Gabriel and returning veteran Deshaun Watson on the team, they drafted Taylen Green with the 182nd pick last month.
