Toronto Tempo vs Minnesota Lynx Starting Lineups Tonight, Injury Reports and Rosters (May 21) | 2026 WNBA Season

The Toronto Tempo face the Minnesota Lynx in the final game of a four-game road trip. The Tempo, 3-2 on the season, have won back-to-back games for the first time in franchise history, and will look to return home with a 4-2 record. This marks the first meeting between the two teams.

Marina Mabrey continued her career year by recording her first 30-point game of the season on Tuesday. The 29-year-old has been a bright spot for Toronto, averaging 20.8 points through five games. She scored her season-high 30 points in a 98–90 win over the Phoenix Mercury on Tuesday. She shot 11-of-23 from the field, including 6-of-14 from three, along with five rebounds and three assists. If Mabrey continues this strong play, she is on pace for a career-best season.

The Lynx, meanwhile, are coming off an 86-79 loss to the Chicago Sky on Monday and are also 3-2 heading into this matchup. Minnesota had four players score in double figures, with Kayla McBride leading the way with 20 points, while Natasha Howard and Courtney Williams each added 17. Rookie Olivia Miles chipped in 13 points.

For a team so dependent on shooting efficiency, the inability to consistently generate offense became a clear weakness. With Napheesa Collier and Dorka Juhasz sidelined due to injury, those issues have been even more noticeable.

As shooting percentages cool, those weaknesses were exposed in the defeat and will need immediate attention.
