Social media personality Rachel DeMita is a proud Caitlin Clark fan, and in one of her latest clips, she took her fandom to a different level. Appearing on the “Fan vs Hater” series of the CLASH YouTube channel, DeMita took on 10 detractors who had something negative to say about the Indiana Fever superstar.

In the course of this “1 Caitlin Clark Fan vs 10 Haters” discussion, DeMita made an audacious claim that is sure to ignite debate on the internet.

“If Caitlin Clark did not get hurt, the Indiana Fever would have won a championship last season.”

DeMita, who has made a name for herself as a WNBA commentator, pointed to Caitlin Clark’s impact on another pillar of the Fever roster.

“If you look at Aliyah Boston’s stats with Caitlin Clark, she generates most of Aliyah Boston’s points. So, there’s an argument to be made that maybe Aliyah Boston would have even stepped up to a next level if Caitlin Clark was on the floor with her.”

Though DeMita and the CC “haters” cited statistics as well as their personal observations, all of them can only speculate on what would have been had Clark stayed healthy in the 2025 season.

With Clark and a number of other Fever players suffering season-ending injuries, Indiana was still able to pull through in the postseason, eliminating the Atlanta Dream in the first round and taking the eventual champions Las Vegas Aces to the limit in the second round.

“There’s Just So Much Scrutiny”: Fever Guards Opens Up on Challenges of Teaming With Caitlin Clark

Elsewhere, Fever guard Lexie Hull got candid on the challenges of teaming with a transcendental superstar like Caitlin Clark. In an interview with Fox News’ Jackson Thompson, Hull acknowledged how opinionated people can get when it comes to the performance of her team.

“There’s just so much scrutiny. People have opinions online, and, unfortunately, that’s part of the job and the role that we play.”

It appears, though, that Hull is getting more and more accustomed to playing under a microscope as she shares a team with Clark. When the WNBA season tips off next month, the Fever can expect even more scrutiny as Clark returns to action.
