The Klay Thompson and Megan Thee Stallion rumor has caught everyone off guard, with Lexie Brown, who has also been dragged into it. The 3-time Grammy-winning hip-hop artist claimed that the Dallas Mavericks’ forward was not fully committed to her, even though she was there for him in his lowest times. Seattle Storm guard Brown was rumored to be in a relationship with Thompson during the same period, but she cleared the air in a recent video. And now, her father has posted an emotional message in support of her daughter.
Lexie Brown, the daughter of former NBA player-turned-basketball coach Dee Brown, was rumored to be involved with Thompson amid the high-profile breakup. However, in a video, she clarified:
“The truth is over there somewhere, and I was expecting it to reveal itself from that side of it… for them to just allow me to get dragged, for a lot of people to allow me to get dragged through the mud… it was just really disappointing.”
After his daughter’s comments on the situation went viral, father Dee Brown backed her in an Instagram post and stood up to “protect all women.” He wrote:
“As a father, watching the negative, hateful, and most importantly, false attacks lobbed at my daughter has been debilitating. Seeing her live in absolute fear and exhaustion over these false attacks, and then seeing these attacks repeated by so many media outlets without even a shred of proof is beyond horrifying.”
Dee mainly criticized the media for following false rumors and spreading them without any proof. He called out the trolls who post harsh, hurtful comments and noted that it might happen to anybody’s daughter, as it was unprecedented. The Thompson-Meg controversy has caught several people as it continues to churn out new updates.

While Megan Thee Stallion was recently seen chucking shots in a club after the whole breakup drama came out on social media, Klay Thompson shared his part of life. While enjoying his time on a boat, vibing with the music, the Mavs wing felt “good to be back.”
In the video shared on X, he said:
“The rhythm might not be there, but the passion is always there. God, it feels good to be back. Let me tell ya, big blue {smh}.”
While Thompson looked happy in the video, some fans were critical in the comment section over the whole controversy. Whatever the situation currently is, the forward will have to buckle up and move on soon to be ready for the next season. Looking at his form, he needs to do a lot of work in the offseason to be back in form and shape.
