Where to Watch Indiana Fever Preseason Finale vs. Nigeria? TV Details, Streaming & More (May 2)

The Indiana Fever are wrapping up their preseason slate as they host the Nigerian national team on Sunday for what should be a fun night in front of an energetic crowd before the new season.

The Fever fell on home court on Thursday against the Dallas Wings. Caitlin Clark led the team with 21 points, four assists, and two rebounds in her first home game in nine months. She went 4-of-6 from the field and 11-of-13 at the free-throw line before leaving in the third quarter due to an injury scare. Makayla Timpson and Kelsey Mitchell finished with 11 and 10 points, respectively.

With the loss, Indiana is 1-1 in the preseason. They beat the New York Liberty 109-91 in their first preseason game. Meanwhile, Nigeria remains winless after losing to the Minnesota Lynx and Los Angeles Sparks. The Nigerian team has only two players with WNBA experience, Amy Okonkwo and Ezinne Kalu. Okonkwo played last season for the Wings, while Kalu played for the Dream in 2024.

Where to watch Indiana Fever preseason game vs. Nigeria?

The Indiana Fever vs. Nigeria game is slated for 7 p.m. ET at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. Unlike the Wings game, this matchup will not be televised nationally but will be available locally via WALV (MeTV Indianapolis). For viewers outside the USA, the game can be streamed live via WNBA League Pass.

What to expect from Indiana Fever vs. Nigeria

The Fever have been careful about easing some of their top names into preseason action, with projected starters Aliyah Boston and Lexie Hull missing the last two games due to injuries. Boston has been dealing with a lower leg injury, while Hull missed both preseason games with a hamstring issue.

Indiana native Ty Harris, who is projected to be a rotational player, also missed the slate with a knee injury, but all three are expected to play some minutes, adding weight to tonight’s lineup. The Fever are also likely to make cuts following Saturday’s game, as they currently have 16 players on the roster. We’ll know a lot more over the next couple of days.
