Sophie Cunningham took to X to give her fans a sneak peek into one of her “bad days” on Thursday.
The Fever star showed off her new nails; however, she revealed that while she aimed to get a nude pink color, she somehow ended up with green ones, and not the right shade of green either.
That was the beginning of a series of things that went wrong with Cunningham’s day.
Cunningham then gave fans more details on her very happening day and said:
“I promise you I’m not complaining. If you’re wondering why my hair looks like this, it explains how my day has been. Went to Arby’s right after. I was literally getting my food from over here, and all of a sudden, I get nailed on this side.
“Some lady drove over a parking block and a sidewalk. Whatever. Bad days happen. I was like, you know, it’s all good. Went to charge my car, found a hair in my Arby’s, and came to Target. I bought a shirt like two months ago that had that little thing on it that they have to remove. She was super cool. She’s like, ‘Oh yeah, like here you go.’ Also got a Snickers because you’re not yourself when you’re hungry.”
Cunningham’s bad day comes just a day before the Indiana Fever take on the Seattle Storms on Friday.
Analyst Calls Sophie Cunningham the Face of WNBA Amid Debate About Caitlin Clark
A recent statement from NBA icon Kareem Abdul-Jabbar expressing his disapproval of Caitlin Clark being the face of the WNBA generated buzz on social media.
While some analysts, like Dave Portnoy and LeSean McCoy, shared their frustration with Jabbar’s statement, Dan Dakich put forward another name he thinks is the actual face of the league.
“She understands what she looks like. And if that’s being white, blonde, and attractive, tough. That’s what she looks like. That’s what God gave her. She’s worked on her body,” Dakich said about Sophie Cunningham.
“She’s a pro basketball player who understands modern social media. You idiots, you jealous little girls. She has a shoe because she is beautiful.”
”She has a shoe because companies are in business to make money. And Sophie Cunningham is the face of the WNBA right now because she’s smarter than you. She’s smarter than all of you,” he added.
Cunningham recently made the headlines as she walked the Octagon as a UFC ring girl.
