Naomi Osaka’s former coach, Sacha Bajin, recently expressed disgust over a fake claim of Eva Lys being sponsored by OnlyF**s making rounds over the internet. The German star recently competed at the Charleston Open.
Lys opened her Charleston Open campaign on March 30 against Katie Volynets at the Credit One Stadium. The latter produced a staunch performance, claiming a 5-7, 6-2, 6-0 win over the German player. Apart from her loss, another thing that turned heads was fake claims of her being sponsored by OF.
One of the users on X posted an edited picture of Lys from her Charleston Open appearance, which featured a fake OnlyF**s logo on her kit.
Looking down on this rumor, Osaka’s former coach, Bajin, expressed dismay on X, writing:
“Guys it’s not real and just dont understand what the purpose is of this account faking something like that. You need to stop.”
One of the fans on X shared the real picture of Lys’ kit, highlighting that it does not have the logo on it.
Bajin was Osaka’s coach from late 2017 to February 2019 and guided her to her first two Grand Slam titles, including the 2018 US Open, 2019 Australian Open, and the world number one ranking.
