LOOK: Coco Gauff’s Australian Open 2026 Outfit Revealed

Coco Gauff’s 2026 Australian Open outfit was recently revealed by New Balance, the Boston, Massachusetts-based multinational apparel and footwear juggernaut. Gauff, currently the World No. 4 in women’s singles tennis, is set to sport an all-yellow look at the 2026 season’s first Major.

The official website of New Balance added a new yellow tank top and a yellow skirt to the list of products included in ‘The Coco Gauff Signature Collection’. The tank top and the skirt, yet to be made available for sale, were labeled the ‘Coco Gauff Signature Melbourne Tank’ and the ‘Coco Gauff Signature Melbourne Skirt’ respectively. Other signature Melbourne products, such as a jacket, a pant, a practice top and a practice short, are slated for release soon as well.

Right now, the two-time singles Major champion is participating in Team USA’s title defense at the 2026 United Cup. The 21-year-old played a starring role in the Americans’ win over Greece in the annual international mixed team tennis event’s quarterfinals. She got her country off to a positive start by registering a ruthless, straight-set win over Maria Sakkari, and then secured Team USA’s progress to the semis by overcoming Sakkari and Stefanos Tsitsipas in mixed doubles partnering Christian Harrison.

Coco Gauff’s best Australian Open finish so far in her career came in 2024

At the 2024 Australian Open, Gauff was the No. 4 seed in the women’s singles main draw. The American, who had come into this particular edition of the Melbourne Major on the back of her maiden singles Grand Slam title triumph at the 2023 US Open, reached the semifinals after wins over Anna Karolina Schmiedlova, Caroline Dolehide, Alycia Parks, Magdalena Frech and Marta Kostyuk.

However, in the semis, she had to settle for second best, as eventual champion Aryna Sabalenka defeated her in straight sets. At last year’s edition of the Australian Open, Gauff finished as a quarterfinalist, with her run being surprisingly ended by Paula Badosa in the last eight.

The 2025 Australian Open also saw Gauff sport a superhero-inspired body suit, about which she said:

“This outfit, I’m a huge Marvel fan and a lot of the female superheroes have cool cutouts on their outfits, so that’s what I wanted to do. It’s actually kind of a pain to get into, because it is a bodysuit, so I have to, like, put the bottom part (on) first and then pull it over my head, it’s kind of a struggle. And if you can’t hold your bladder it’s also not a good idea, but you have to sacrifice for fashion.”

At the 2026 United Cup, Gauff and the rest of the American contingent are set to face either Australia or Poland in the semifinals.
