Serena Williams is out having fun in Paris and treated her daughter to a magical vacation at Disneyland Paris. The 23-time Grand Slam champion took a break from her recent return to tennis after being away for four years and is now spending quality time after her Wimbledon campaign.
On Monday, Alexis Ohanian and Serena Williams shared photos from their getaway, where their youngest daughter, Adira, stole the show with her “Moana” makeover. The snippet shows Adira dressed up as the Disney character while enjoying a pony ride and posing for a photo with a Mickey Mouse mascot.
Ohanian, reacting to Williams’ post on X, wrote:
“Little Moana had the time of her LIFE.”
Williams herself was seen having an equally spectacular time and shared her own excitement, writing:
“Disney Paris… yes please !”
The American legend fully immersed herself in the magical atmosphere and flashed a radiant smile while clicking photos with the park’s character performers.
Williams is currently recovering from a knee injury suffered during her first-round match at Wimbledon, and it remains to be seen if the returning legend will make a successful comeback at the U.S. Open, scheduled to commence on Sunday, August 30.
Serena Williams’ 2026 Wimbledon Campaign
Returning to professional tennis after four long years, Serena Williams made a promising comeback on the grass court season and won her first match at the Queen’s Club London tournament but lost her subsequent tournaments on the grass. She then was a wildcard entry to Wimbledon, which made all the headlines and became the biggest talking point ahead of her most anticipated SW19 return.
The 23-time Grand Slam winner began her Wimbledon journey, playing at the Centre Court against Australia’s rising star, Maya Joint, but lost to the Aussie in the first round in three sets.
After the match, Williams did not give an official press conference as she suffered an injury to her knee, which subsequently became the reason for her withdrawal from the Wimbledon women’s doubles event, alongside her sister Venus Williams.
Williams has assured the tennis community that a return is soon in the making and could be at or before the U.S. Open.
