After going down against the Indiana Hoosiers in the College Football Playoff semifinal, Oregon might be looking beyond quarterback Dante Moore, who has not yet decided whether to enter the 2026 NFL Draft or return for another season after the 56-22 loss.
In the meantime, the Ducks are reportedly looking forward to hosting Nebraska transfer quarterback Dylan Raiola, who has two years of NCAA eligibility remaining. The former five-star recruit is in the transfer portal and is also known for his uncanny resemblance to three-time Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes.

Raiola suffered a season-ending broken right fibula late in the season. Before that, in nine starts, the Nebraska Cornhuskers’ starting quarterback completed 181 of 250 pass attempts for 2,000 passing yards, 18 touchdowns, and six interceptions. Alongside DJ Lagway, Raiola is among the top quarterbacks available in the transfer portal.
Dante Moore Still Undecided on NFL Draft or Returning to Oregon
After losing against Indiana, Ducks quarterback Dante Moore remains undecided about his future. Moore wants to “soak this moment up” and focus on his teammates before making a choice.
“I’m going to soak this moment up, most importantly giving hugs and thank-yous to my teammates,” he said. “But at the end of the day, I don’t know my decision yet. I’m going to talk to Coach [Dan] Lanning and my family and everybody, but at the end of the day, I don’t want to think about that right now. I want to think about my teammates and give love to them.”
Moore led the Ducks well until the Peach Bowl game, where he committed three turnovers, playing a big part in their loss. With the NFL draft declaration deadline for underclassmen approaching (January 23), Moore can take time to make the decision.
