Just like last year, the soon-to-be Mrs. Travis Kelce herself, Taylor Swift, dazzled fans during her fiancé’s Tight End U event in Tennessee. Last year, she surprised many by performing on stage for Tight End U and then did the same this year, dazzling fans and NFL tight ends alike with her performance.
Travis Kelce is one of the co-founders of Tight End U, with Swift now regularly attending his events as reports of their wedding being held this summer at Madison Square Garden are heating up. During the “Bussin’ With The Boys” podcast on Tuesday, Trey McBride and Taylor Lewan talked about the event and touched on the Grammy Winner’s performance.
“It was awesome, man. it is just really cool to watch people who are outliers in their craft perform, and she is clearly that. She is the biggest superstar in the world. she is our modern-day Michael Jackson, and it is just awesome to see all that go down all the while our boy Trav (Kelce) is just bobbing around,” Lewan said.
Tight End U brought together several professional tight ends for a practice at Vanderbilt Stadium, which soon led to a concert afterward. Taylor Swift was one of the performers, singing alongside Lany during the event, with her most famous performance of the night being her hit single, “Love Story.”
Taylor Swift Dedicated ‘Love Story’ Performance Not To Travis Kelce, But George Kittle
As for the performance of “Love Story,” Taylor Swift did not dedicate it to her fiancé, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. She dedicated it to Tight End U co-founder George Kittle, a San Francisco 49ers tight end who is reportedly an avid listener of the song.
“‘Love Story’, do you want to do ‘Love Story’?” she told the crowd. “We can do that. You know, we have a special request from a very special tight end who wanted to hear a particular song, and that tight end is named George Kittle.”
Tay-tay waved at the crowd while smiling ear to ear after saying that, as well as showing off her massive engagement ring as she performed in front of her fiancé.
