    Round 1

    • No. 1 – Las Vegas Raiders: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

The Raiders needed a quarterback, and they got the top prospect. Mendoza won the national championship and crossed the 40-touchdown mark in 2025, so expectations are high. The Raiders did what the team needed.

    Grade: A

    • No. 2 – New York Jets: David Bailey, EDGE, Texas Tech

The Jets sent away Quinnen Williams and finished near the bottom of the league in sacks. The team needed a star pass rusher, and it got one.

    Grade: B

    • No. 3 – Arizona Cardinals: Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame

The first head-scratcher of the draft. Arizona may have needed a running back, but spending the No. 3 pick on even the best prospect at the position might have been overkill when the team needed a quarterback and could have traded back for one.

    Grade: D

    • No. 4 – Tennessee Titans: Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State

The Titans got their next A.J. Brown. The wide receiver room was already in decent shape, but with everything on the line for Cam Ward, the Titans will finally find out if he’s their guy going forward.

    Grade: B

    • No. 5 – New York Giants: Arvell Reese, EDGE, Ohio State

New York was expected to shore up its defense, but going with Arvell Reese was somewhat of a surprise. Nevertheless, the team now has perhaps the best young pass rush in the NFL.

    Grade: A

    • No. 6 – Kansas City Chiefs: Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU

The Chiefs needed cornerbacks after losing Trent McDuffie and they traded up for Mansoor Delane. Kansas City parted with the ninth, 74th and 148th picks to Cleveland for the No. 6 pick (ESPN) to take Delane.

    Grade: A

    • No. 7 – Washington Commanders: Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State

Sonny Styles was seemingly a lock for New York, but Dan Quinn decided he needed a Bobby Wagner-like rookie. He may have found one.

    Grade: A

    • No. 8 – New Orleans Saints: Jordyn Tyson, WR, Arizona State

Chris Olave and Jordyn Tyson’s additions boost Tyler Shough’s prospects considerably after an impressive rookie season. The question is whether Tyson’s health can improve in the NFL.

    Grade: B

    • No. 9 – Cleveland Browns: Spencer Fano, OT, Utah

The Browns’ top need was offensive line and the franchise spent a premium pick on that need. The team should sleep soundly for the next few days.

    Grade: B

    • No. 10 – New York Giants: Francis Mauigoa, OT, Miami

Jaxson Dart and Cam Skattebo will benefit from one of the top linemen in the draft, Francis Mauigoa.

    • No. 11 – Dallas Cowboys: Caleb Downs, S, Ohio State

The Cowboys desperately needed help on defense and Jerry Jones didn’t play any games like some feared he might. He made a conventional pick and deserves credit.

    Grade: A

    • No. 12 – Miami Dolphins: Kadyn Proctor, OT, Alabama

    Grade: B

    • No. 13 – Los Angeles Rams: Ty Simpson, QB, Alabama

The Rams had no plan heading into the draft amid the possibility of Matthew Stafford and/or Jimmy Garoppolo retiring. After taking Simpson, it looks like the franchise knows what direction it is going.

    Grade: A

    • No. 14 – Baltimore Ravens: Olaivavega Ioane, G, Penn State

    Grade: B

    • No. 15 – Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Rueben Bain Jr., EDGE, Miami

    Grade: B

    • No. 16 – New York Jets: Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon

    Grade: B

    • No. 17 – Detroit Lions: Blake Miller, OT, Clemson

    Grade: C

    • No. 18 – Minnesota Vikings: Caleb Banks, DT, Florida

    Grade: C

    • No. 19 – Carolina Panthers: Monroe Freeling, OT, Georgia

    Grade: B

    • No. 20 – Philadelphia Eagles: Makai Lemon, WR, USC

This all but confirms that A.J. Brown is heading elsewhere and the Eagles pulled out every stop to get the best player the team could.

    Grade: A

    • No. 21 – Pittsburgh Steelers: Max Iheanachor, OT, Arizona State

    Grade: B

    • No. 22 – Los Angeles Chargers: Akeem Mesidor, EDGE, Miami

    Grade: B

    • No. 23 – Dallas Cowboys: Malachi Lawrence, EDGE, UCF

Jerry Jones again focused on defense, which is what he needed to do. However, his secondary and inside linebacker rooms needed addressing first.

    Grade: B

    • No. 24 – Cleveland Browns: KC Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M

    Grade: C

    • No. 25 – Chicago Bears: Dillon Thieneman, S, Oregon

    Grade: B

    • No. 26 – Houston Texans: Keylan Rutledge, G, Georgia Tech

    Grade: B

    • No. 27 – Miami Dolphins: Chris Johnson, CB, San Diego State

    Grade: B

    • No. 28 – New England Patriots: Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah

The addition of a top LT prospect is a pretty hard backtrack from the Patriots after swearing up and down that Will Campbell was not going to be affected by his performance in the Super Bowl.

    Grade: A

    • No. 29 – Kansas City Chiefs: Peter Woods, DT, Clemson

    Grade: C

    • No. 30 – New York Jets: Omar Cooper Jr., WR, Indiana

    Grade: A

    • No. 31 – Tennessee Titans: Keldric Faulk, EDGE, Auburn

    Grade: B

    • No. 32 – Seattle Seahawks: Jadarian Price, RB, Notre Dame

The Chiefs drafted Clyde Edwards-Helaire at No. 32 after winning the Super Bowl in 2019, but failed to produce a franchise running back. As such, Seattle has a task to beat that precedent.

    Grade: C

    Round 2

    • No. 33 – San Francisco 49ers: De’Zhaun Stribling, WR, Mississippi

The 49ers needed to grab a wide receiver to pair with Mike Evans, and while somewhat late, they got a quality prospect.

    Grade: B

    • No. 34 – Arizona Cardinals: Chase Bisontis, G, Texas A&M

    Grade: B

    • No. 35 – Buffalo Bills: T.J. Parker, EDGE, Clemson

    Grade: C

    • No. 36 – Houston Texans: Kayden McDonald, DT, Ohio State

    Grade: C

    • No. 37 – New York Giants: Colton Hood, CB, Tennessee

    Grade: B

    • No. 38 – Las Vegas Raiders: Treydan Stukes, S, Arizona

    Grade: B

    • No. 39 – Cleveland Browns: Denzel Boston, WR, Washington

The Browns needed a receiver to pair with Jerry Jeudy and the team landed a good one with 20 combined receiving touchdowns in his last two seasons.

    Grade: A

    • No. 40 – Kansas City Chiefs: R Mason Thomas, EDGE, Oklahoma

Chris Jones isn’t getting any younger, so Kansas City needed to prioritize its pass rush. The team did so.

    Grade: B

    • No. 41 – Cincinnati Bengals: Cashius Howell, EDGE, Texas A&M

The Trey Hendrickson replacement, part II: the Bengals didn’t stop at adding Dexter Lawrence and now have a formidable, deep pass rush.

    Grade: B

    • No. 42 – New Orleans Saints: Christen Miller, DT, Georgia

    Grade: B

    • No. 43 – Miami Dolphins: Jacob Rodriguez, LB, Texas Tech

The Dolphins got a steal with Jacob Rodriguez, who logged four interceptions, led the conference in tackles multiple times and finished in the top 10 in Heisman voting.

    Grade: A

    • No. 44 – Detroit Lions: Derrick Moore, EDGE, Michigan

    Grade: C

    • No. 45 – Baltimore Ravens: Zion Young, EDGE, Missouri

    Grade: B

    • No. 46 – Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Josiah Trotter, LB, Missouri

    Grade: C

    • No. 47 – Pittsburgh Steelers: Germie Bernard, WR, Alabama

    Grade: A

    • No. 48 – Atlanta Falcons: Avieon Terrell, CB, Clemson

The Falcons got a feel-good story in pairing Avieon Terrell with his brother, A.J. Terrell.

    Grade: B

    • No. 49 – Carolina Panthers: Lee Hunter, DT, Texas Tech

    Grade: B

    • No. 50 – New York Jets: D’Angelo Ponds, CB, Indiana

    Grade: B

    • No. 51 – Minnesota Vikings: Jake Golday, LB, Cincinnati

    Grade: A

    • No. 52 – Green Bay Packers: Brandon Cisse, CB, South Carolina

    Grade: C

    • No. 53 – Indianapolis Colts: CJ Allen, LB, Georgia

    Grade: C

    • No. 54 – Philadelphia Eagles: Eli Stowers, TE, Vanderbilt

    Grade: C

    • No. 55 – New England Patriots: Gabe Jacas, EDGE, Illinois

    Grade: C

    • No. 56 – Jacksonville Jaguars: Nate Boerkircher, TE, Texas A&M

    Grade: C

    • No. 57 – Chicago Bears: Logan Jones, C, Iowa

    Grade: B

    • No. 58 – Cleveland Browns: Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, S, Toledo

    Grade: C

    • No. 59 – Houston Texans: Marlin Klein, TE, Michigan

    Grade: C

    • No. 60 – Tennessee Titans: Anthony Hill Jr., LB, Texas

    Grade: C

    • No. 61 – Los Angeles Rams: Max Klare, TE, Ohio State

The Rams wanted a backup plan at quarterback, but didn’t get a backup plan for Davante Adams or Puka Nacua here. It was an offensive piece, but not the optimal one.

    Grade: C

    • No. 62 – Buffalo Bills: Davison Igbinosun, CB, Ohio State

    Grade: C

    • No. 63 – Los Angeles Chargers: Jake Slaughter, C, Florida

    Grade: B

    • No. 64 – Philadelphia Eagles: Bud Clark, S, TCU

    Grade: C

    Round 3

    • No. 65 – Arizona Cardinals: Carson Beck, QB, Miami

After expectations that Carson Beck would fall to Day 3, Arizona got him at least a full round early, perhaps in response to fans who wanted to see the team trade back and draft Ty Simpson or wait for 2027. Now, we wait to see the fallout with Jacoby Brissett.

    Grade: C

    • No. 66 – Denver Broncos: Tyler Onyedim, DT, Texas A&M

    Grade: C

    • No. 67 – Las Vegas Raiders: Keyron Crawford, EDGE, Auburn

    Grade: B

    • No. 68 – Philadelphia Eagles: Markel Bell, OT, Miami

    Grade: B

    • No. 69 – Chicago Bears: Sam Roush, TE, Stanford

This pick is overkill. Chicago is all about offense these days, but the team already had two reliable tight ends in Cole Kmet and Colston Loveland.

    Grade: D

    • No. 70 – San Francisco 49ers: Romello Height, EDGE, Texas Tech

    Grade: B

    • No. 71 – Washington Commanders: Antonio Williams, WR, Clemson

    Grade: C

    • No. 72 – Cincinnati Bengals: Tacario Davis, CB, Washington

    Grade: B

    • No. 73 – New Orleans Saints: Oscar Delp, TE, Georgia

    Grade: C

    • No. 74 – New York Giants: Malachi Fields, WR, Notre Dame

    Grade: A

    • No. 75 – Miami Dolphins: Caleb Douglas, WR, Texas Tech

    Grade: B

    • No. 76 – Pittsburgh Steelers: Drew Allar, QB, Penn State

The Aaron Rodgers successor is a third-round quarterback. It feels like Pittsburgh was behind the eight-ball in the draft and this is another example. Now we wait to see if Rodgers will allow himself to be “Jordan Love’d” again.

    Grade: C

    • No. 77 – Green Bay Packers: Chris McClellan, DT, Missouri

    Grade: C

    • No. 78 – Indianapolis Colts: A.J. Haulcy, S, LSU

    Grade: C

    • No. 79 – Atlanta Falcons: Zachariah Branch, WR, Georgia

    Grade: B

    • No. 80 – Baltimore Ravens: Ja’Kobi Lane, WR, USC

    Grade: B

    • No. 81 – Jacksonville Jaguars: Albert Regis, DT, Texas A&M

    Grade: B

    • No. 82 – Minnesota Vikings: Domonique Orange, DT, Iowa State

    Grade: C

    • No. 83 – Carolina Panthers: Chris Brazzell II, WR, Tennessee

    Grade: A

    • No. 84 – Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Ted Hurst, WR, Georgia State

    Grade: C

    • No. 85 – Pittsburgh Steelers: Daylen Everette, CB, Georgia

    Grade: B

    • No. 86 – Cleveland Browns: Austin Barber, OT, Florida

    Grade: B

    • No. 87 – Miami Dolphins: Will Kacmarek, TE, Ohio State

    Grade: B

    • No. 88 – Jacksonville Jaguars: Emmanuel Pregnon, G, Oregon

    Grade: B

    • No. 89 – Chicago Bears: Zavion Thomas, WR, LSU

    Grade: C

    • No. 90 – San Francisco 49ers: Kaelon Black, RB, Indiana

The 49ers clearly are preparing for a post-Christian McCaffrey world. The team hopes Kaelon Black can learn from McCaffrey and, if needed, step up at a moment’s notice.

    Grade: B

    • No. 91 – Las Vegas Raiders: Trey Zuhn III, C, Texas A&M

    Grade: B

    • No. 92 – Dallas Cowboys: Jaishawn Barham, EDGE, Michigan

    Grade: B

    • No. 93 – Los Angeles Rams: Keagen Trost, OT, Missouri

    Grade: B

    • No. 94 – Miami Dolphins: Chris Bell, WR, Louisville

    Grade: B

    • No. 95 – New England Patriots: Eli Raridon, TE, Notre Dame

    Grade: C

    • No. 96 – Pittsburgh Steelers: Gennings Dunker, G, Iowa

    Grade: B

    • No. 97 – Minnesota Vikings: Caleb Tiernan, OT, Northwestern

    Grade: C

    • No. 98 – Minnesota Vikings: Jakobe Thomas, S, Miami

    Grade: C

    • No. 99 – Seattle Seahawks: Julian Neal, CB, Arkansas

    Grade: C

    • No. 100 – Jacksonville Jaguars: Jalen Huskey, S, Maryland

    Grade: C
