Michael Irvin Sends Heartwarming Message to Dak Prescott Amid Cowboys QB’s Breakup With Sarah Jane Ramos

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos have reportedly ended their engagement one month before they were meant to get married in Italy. Amid reports of Prescott’s breakup with Ramos, former Cowboys wideout Michael Irvin sent a heartwarming message to the four-time Pro Bowl QB.

On Monday, Irvin shared a picture of himself with Prescott, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, Dallas mascot Rowdy and two cheerleaders on X.

“Praying for My guy ⁦@dak⁩ and his beautiful family,” Irvin tweeted.

Irvin, who played his entire 12-year career with the Cowboys from 1988 to 1999, still follows the franchise closely. He also interacts with the players on the roster regularly and even discusses news about the team and its players on his social media platforms.

Irvin won three Super Bowls with Dallas. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2007.

Why Did Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos Call Off Their Wedding?

According to reports, Prescott and Ramos were out celebrating in a joint bachelorette and bachelor party in the Bahamas when they allegedly got into an explosive fight. The argument was reportedly one of the main reasons that led to calling off their wedding.

Last week, rumors were suggesting that the wedding was called off because Ramos did not want to sign a prenup. However, Ramos clarified on Instagram that the prenup had nothing to do with their decision to cancel the ceremony.

According to TMZ, a private email sent to wedding guests of Prescott and Ramos has been made public. In it, the details suggest that the ceremony has been cancelled, along with an apology message to the guests.

“As many of you know, our wedding is currently scheduled to take place in Lake Como, Italy, on Friday, Apr. 10, 2026,” the message read. “It is with heavy hearts that we privately inform our attendees that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding.”

Neither Prescott nor Ramos has confirmed the reason why they called off their wedding.

Per reports, Prescott and Ramos began dating in September 2023. The couple got engaged in October 2024.

Prescott and Ramos have two daughters: Margaret Jane Rose, born in February 2024, and  Aurora Rayne, born in May last year.
