Jordyn Tyson Receives Surprise En Route to NFL Draft as Airline Makes Exception

Jordyn Tyson is widely predicted to be a top-10 pick at the NFL Draft, making him a sought after commodity. But even before he could get to the showpiece event, his confidence might have been given a major boost.

On his way from Arizona to Pittsburgh, where the draft is being held, Tyson received a warm reception thanks to the amazing crew at American Airlines.

The post shared by local Arizona reporter Zach Gershman showcases the lengths the American Airlines crew went to in order to give Tyson his flowers, which will no doubt come as a confidence booster to the young wide receiver.

The airline confirmed the same in the replies to the tweet, making an overture to the man who pointed out the flight in the first place.

    Jordyn Tyson’s Draft Projections

Tyson is considered a top-10 pick in many mock drafts, but realistically he could be picked further down the field, too, and it really won’t hurt him too much.

After all, the WR was considered written off after being deemed a castaway at Colorado when Deion Sanders took charge in 2023.

He’s come a long way since then, however, and with Kenny Dillingham leading the way at Arizona State, he’s made himself indispensable in more ways than one.

Stalwart journalists such as Mel Kiper and Eric Edholm have Tyson in the top 10, with Kiper listing him as a perfect No. 9 pick for the Kansas City Chiefs. Edholm believes he’d fit in well at No. 8 for the New Orleans Saints, showing just how highly rated the young man is.

In reality, he could be picked slightly further down, with ESPN’s Jordan Reid projecting a No. 16 pick for the New York Jets and Chad Reuter suggesting the Cleveland Browns would want him with their No. 20 pick.

Regardless of where he ends up, there’s no doubt any NFL team would be well served getting a player of his qualities in the draft.
