Fresh off a joint bachelor and bachelorette party in the Bahamas, Jake Ferguson’s fiancée, Haley Cavinder, was catching up on exercise with her twin, Hanna Cavinder.
However, both sisters struggled while attempting push-ups on a patio while wearing bikinis.
“Nothing more humbling than trying to do a push-up after getting your ‘🍒’ done,” the Cavinder twins wrote in the caption of the Instagram post, which was posted on Wednesday.
Haley and Hanna have been transparent about the breast augmentation surgery, which they underwent on July 16, 2025.
In an Instagram video, posted on July 23, they shared everything in detail. The twins opted for Motiva silicone “jellybean” shaped implants. For a natural look, they chose a size (roughly 202 CCs) that would suit their athletic physique.
“We wanted like a perky look, so we did a lower profile, just because [we] didn’t want it to be the whole show,” Haley explained. “I just wanted to make my body look proportional, so, you know, it doesn’t overdo it. That’s just what I wanted, but I think that whatever size you feel comfortable with is what you should do.”
The cost of the process was $8,000–$9,000 each.
Following her NCAA basketball career at Fresno State and the University of Miami, Haley Cavinder has forayed into entrepreneurship. She is a co-founder of the TWOgether fitness app and has equity in several companies, including Seoul Juice.
Haley has also worked with major brands like Under Armour, WWE, and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.
Jake Ferguson Reacts to Fiancée Haley Cavinder’s Push-up Struggle after Breast Surgery
Shortly after Haley Cavinder and Hanna Cavinder revealed the downside of breast enhancement surgery while doing push-ups in an Instagram video, Jake Ferguson reacted in the comments section.
“Haley Alaina…,” he wrote.
Haley Cavinder and Jake Ferguson traveled to the exclusive Baker’s Bay Ocean & Golf Club in the Bahamas for a multi-day celebration with friends and family on Friday.
When a troll raised a red flag about the combined party in Haley’s comments section, she shut the person down, writing:
“Sorry we like to party together.”
Next up is the wedding. The couple will tie the knot on June 20 in Frisco, Texas. They got engaged on April 17, 2025, after dating since September 2023.
