DJ Moore’s time with the Chicago Bears has come to an end.
The Bears acquired Moore from the Carolina Panthers prior to the 2023 season in a blockbuster trade and and spent the last three seasons with Chicago. With rumors of the team moving on from Moore this offseason, they did so, by agreeing to trade him to the Buffalo Bills for a second-round pick. They also got a fifth-round pick in return.
The Bills, who have needed receiver help since Stefon Diggs’ departure, got a receiver who is expected to be a primary target for quarterback Josh Allen this season, and fans are hyped about the acquisition.
“DJ Moore to Buffalo is a move that makes the Bills genuinely scary. Josh Allen with a receiver of that caliber on the outside changes everything. Chicago is rebuilding anyway and Buffalo is pushing their championship window right now. Both sides win here,” an optimistic fan replied.
“BILLS SUPER BOWL 2027 GET UPPPP,” a bold fan replied following the trade.
