Dianna Russini and Mike Vrabel continue to take the heat from fans and most analysts about their alleged affair after the two were seen together at a resort in Arizona where they were secretly captured holding hands, hugging, eating breakfast together and spending time in a hot tub.
Both Russini and Vrabel are married to other people, the NFL reporter since 2020 and the Patriots head coach since 1999, and they both also have two kids each with their respective spouses.
A rumor about Mike Tomlin potentially being next in line for the Patriots head coaching job was swirling around the internet, in case Vrabel decides to resign.
Reacting to whether Vrabel should be fired or if he should resign, analyst T. J. Houshmandzadeh said:
“Vrabel is morally wrong. Like the problem is, Russini, she likes the chat. It seems like, she likes the post and she like, you know, that is the biggest problem for her. And now all this is anything that’s been tweeted out is like, wait, ‘Oh, she talking about this. Oh, wait, she talking.’
“I just feel like with Vrabel, as long, number one, he couldn’t probably name a child Diana cuz I believe all his kids were born when it started. So, you know, it was too late for that.”
He added:
“But as long as his wife is able to get past what he’s done to her in the way he’s humiliated her publicly, I think that’s all that matters. We can say what we want to say. I played a long time. You think Vrabel is the first coach to do this? Not at all. He’s the first one to get caught at this level.”
Emmanuel Acho Defends Mike Vrabel Amid Dianna Russini Cheating Scandal
Emmanuel Acho shared his thoughts on Mike Vrabel possibly resigning from the Patriots head coaching position along with whether he should be fired for his actions.
On Tuesday’s episode of Speakeasy, Acho said what Vrabel has done is not a fireable offence and even added that it may be morally wrong to “some” people.
“Was wearing gloves. He got in there, he got out of there. No fingerprints. So that is why Vrabel has gotten off easy. I do not anticipate Mike Vrabel step down. I do not anticipate Mike Vrabel resign. I do not anticipate Mike Vrabel get fired because this isn’t a fireable offense,” Acho explained.
The analyst also mentioned that Vrabel is getting off easy in the whole situation because he didn’t leave many footprints, unlike Russini, who named his son “Michael”, allegedly sent the Patriots head coach Spotify playlists and tweeted a lot about him over the course of the last few years.
