New York Knicks vs Cleveland Cavaliers Starting Lineups and Depth Charts Tonight (Feb. 24)

The New York Knicks and Cleveland Cavaliers meet for the third time this season on Tuesday. Both their previous duels were at MSG, where the Knicks capitalized on homecourt advantage and took a 2-0 series lead. The Cavaliers will hope to avenge that and neutralize the tie-breaker advantage at home.

The Knicks are 37-21, third in the East. They are 7-3 over their last 10 and on a two-game winning streak. New York beat the Chicago Bulls 105-99 on Sunday. Karl-Anthony Towns led the scoring for the second consecutive game with 28 points. He also had a team-high 11 rebounds. Meanwhile, Jalen Brunson scored 19 points and recorded nine assists.

On the other hand, the Cavaliers are 36-22, fourth in the East. They are 8-2 over their last 10. The Cavaliers were on a seven-game winning streak, but had it snapped by the OKC Thunder on Saturday in a 121-113 loss. Donovan Mitchell and James Harden scored 20 each. However, the Cavaliers’ defense couldn’t limit OKC’s 3-point barrage. The Thunder made 21 shots from deep.

Ahead of Tuesday’s rematch, the New York Knicks remain primed to prevail against the Cleveland Cavaliers, with oddsmakers listing them as 4.5-point favorites.
