Kevin Durant recently got into a difficult situation with the paparazzi. He was reportedly seen leaving Japanese restaurant Nobu Malibu with an unidentified woman, but hid apparently behind a bush to avoid being seen with her. However, he later sat in the same car with the woman and drove off together.

Durant remains unmarried but reportedly had a high-profile romantic relationship with WNBA player Monica Wright in 2013. However, the two separated a year later. Besides that, he has been secretive about his personal life. Last year, the two-time NBA champion also sparked dating rumors with Liz Cambage, a WNBA player-turned-OnlyFans model.
Kevin Durant Once Admitted To Not Wanting To Marry
In October 2025, Kevin Durant sat for a deep and personal interview with Bobbi Althoff, where he talked about his personal life and answered vulnerable questions. When asked about his plans for marriage, he made it clear that he didn’t believe in the institution.
Durant said that he wouldn’t want to bet everything on a 50-50 odds and believed that “divorce was more realistic.” The Houston Rockets forward added:
“I have never really dreamt of having a wedding day. When I go to a wedding, it’s like ‘oh this is cool, oh it’s dope.’ It’s not like it needs to happen in my mind. But it is still a cool event.”
Kevin Durant had another difficult season, as the Rockets were eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by the Los Angeles Lakers and his rival, LeBron James. However, in the 2025-26 season, the forward also surpassed Michael Jordan to reach fifth position in the NBA’s all-time scoring list.
