Is LiAngelo Ball Dating Larsa Pippen? G Leaguer Turned Rapper Breaks Silence on Viral Rumors

LiAngelo Ball, brother of Lonzo and LaMelo Ball, finally addressed the rumors suggesting that he was in a relationship with Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife, Larsa Pippen.

Ball was asked about the rumors during Thursday’s episode of his and Lonzo’s “Ball in the Family” podcast. The G Leaguer turned rapper vehemently denied the rumors, expressing that he doesn’t know Pippen.

“Sometimes the internet runs away with things that simply are not true. So what’s happening with this Larsa Pippen situation that we’ve been seeing,” the host asked.

“I’ve been seeing it too, n****** be sending me that shit,” Ball said. “That s***’s fake, I don’t know her, for real. Never met her. Nah, I don’t know her bro, no disrespect, I just don’t.”

Larsa Pippen has been in a relationship with former G League player Jeff Coby since 2025. The two often share pictures of each other on social media.

LiAngelo Ball married his ex-girlfriend, Rashida Nicole, on March 24, 2025, shortly after his breakup with social media personality Nikki Muddaris, better known as @missnikkiibaby.

Ball and Nicole’s union did not last long as the couple separated in June, with Ball filing for divorce in July 2025. Speaking on the split in December, the rapper said that he questioned his own decisions at the time.

“I don’t know what I was doing for real,” Ball said, adding, “I had like a week where I tapped in. Like, ‘What am I doing’ type s***.”

LiAngelo Ball explains why he gave up his NBA dreams to pursue rap

LiAngelo Ball signed three different NBA contracts before ultimately choosing to pursue a career as a rapper in 2025. The Detroit Pistons signed him to an Exhibit 10 contract in 2020 and waived him 12 days later. The Charlotte Hornets also signed Ball just to waive him a day later.

Ball signed another contract with the Hornets in 2022, but that did not last long as he was waived within a month. He spent time playing for the Greensboro Swarm between 2021 and 2023, before choosing to pursue a music career.

Speaking about his decision, he cited the pay disparity between making music and being in the G League.

“I was in the G League, that’s 3K a month as a grown man,” Ball said. “When I got paid from music, it wasn’t a hard decision. I wasn’t contemplating like ‘D–n I gotta hoop,'”

After his viral song, “Tweaker,” came out in January 2025, Ball reportedly signed a $13 million deal, including $8 million guaranteed, with Def Jam Recordings.
