It seems that the “King” is entering a new chapter in his career, as his old team, the Los Angeles Lakers, on Tuesday announced that the four-time NBA champion is leaving Southern California for what may be his final team before his inevitable retirement.
While his son, Bronny James, just secured a new guaranteed $2.3 million contract and will probably receive more playing time with the Lakers, LeBron James is heading to a new team, though there is no clear favorite as to where he would go. With his departure from the Lakers now final, fans react to him leaving the storied franchise.

With his departure from Los Angeles announced, the question now is, where should he go? One of the biggest rumors is that he might be heading morth to San Francisco and team up with Steph Curry for the Golden State Warriors.
Another possible option is for the Akron, Ohio, native to go home and suit up for the Cleveland Cavaliers for the third and final time. The Cavs are reportedly interested in the reunion, so this is a big possibility, especially after Cavs star James Harden declined his $42.3 million player option.
