Luka Doncic’s relationship with his fiancée, Anamaria Goltes, has been scrutinized by online detectives since they moved from Dallas to Los Angeles in February 2025. Over the past few months, rumors about a split have only gotten louder.

In December last year, Sports Illustrated featured a story about Doncic writing a birthday message for Gabriela, his oldest daughter.

The Lakers had a four-game homestand, making it likely Gabi and his fiancée were in Slovenia. Goltes also wrote a message for the two-year-old kid and shared photos of their outing together on her special day.
Luka Doncic eventually went home to Slovenia for the birth of his second daughter, Olivia. He sat out two games, against the Toronto Raptors (Dec. 4) and the Boston Celtics (Dec. 5), for “personal reasons.”
Last week, fans dug deeper, noticing that Doncic hasn’t liked anything Anamaria Goltes posted on social media for more than a year. Additionally, many found it intriguing that Doncic and Goltes didn’t have any Valentine’s Day posts. Considering they are engaged and share two kids, the lack of social media activity to support each other raised eyebrows.
The Doncic-Goltes social media inactivity prompted fans to do more research. Some noticed that in early January, when she made a recap of her life from 2016 to 2026, Doncic was conspicuously absent. The two have known each other since childhood and reportedly started dating in 2016. Seven years later, they were engaged. A few months after their engagement, Gabi joined the family.
