Miami (OH) RedHawks entered the 2023 season after making a bowl game for the third time in four years. They have the experience of the coaching staff starting at the top with their head coach Chuck Martin, who has had the RedHawks successful since taking over the program in 2014.
Here is a look at their full coaching staff trying to get the school their second conference title since Martin took over.
Miami (OH) RedHawks Coaching Staff
Head Coach, Chuck Martin
Chuck Martin is entering his tenth season with the RedHawks as their head coach and the program has seen success with him. Their first two seasons under Martin were tough as they went 5-19 in those seasons.
Since then, Miami (OH) has finished with a losing record twice in the last eight years. Martin led the team to a MAC Conference Title in 2019 and has been to four bowl games since 2016. The team has been 37-30 in MAC Conference action entering the 2023 season.
Martin previously was with Notre Dame from 2010 until 2013 coaching multiple positions with the school. He spent the 2012 and 2013 seasons as their offensive coordinator and quarterback coach. 2012 was his most successful season with the Fighting Irish as that was the year the team played Alabama in the BCS National Championship Game.
