Bill Self is losing two of his biggest stars and may be looking to rebuild. This should be a good opportunity for a player such as Cyril, who is looking to make a name for himself. The Jayhawks could use another good rim protector and defender now that Flory Bidunga is leaving, and Cyril could be what they need.
Texas Longhorns
The Longhorns were a Cinderella team this year, defeating one higher-ranked team after another during the NCAA Tournament. They ultimately lost to Purdue, which showed that they need better big men, and Cyril could be the answer to their problems.
St. Louis Billikens
It was the Billikens led by star center Robbie Avila that eliminated Georgia from March Madness, but Avila is a senior and has already played his final college game. This means that there should be an opening, and Cyril could jump at the chance to be their new star big man.
VCU Rams
This team defeated a blue-blood school in March Madness and is now on its way up. They do not have a true center right now and will have to dip into the transfer portal to get one, so this could be a good opportunity for Somto Cyril.
